In AURIS his primary role is startup and developer. He creates new ideas in jewelry which hasn’t existed before, open new destinations, such as Asia, and develop old ones, such as Italy and America.  And he still operates as a head sales and marketing manager - he defines how our brand will look like in the eyes of final client.

Ideas remain ideas until they come into Vlad's possession. After that, they become plans and tasks. Vladislav Surik is involved in the day-to-day management of the company, distributing tasks and monitoring their completion.
